      What you are looking at through the window

      The balance wheel oscillates six times a second, which is what produces the sweep of the seconds hand rather than a tick. On a closed dial you infer that. On an open heart you watch it. The aperture sits at the lower left of the dial, so it is visible without dominating the face or costing you legibility.

      Two colourways

      Chocolate and royal blue, both A$349. Chocolate is the warmer and more unusual of the two and pairs well with brown leather and tan. Royal blue is the easier daily wear and reads closer to formal under a cuff.
